About the role

We are seeking a high-calibre Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the business as we continue to expand. In this role, you’ll assist in executing transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs. You’ll work closely with client management teams to prepare business plans, information memoranda, and detailed financial materials. Your work will be integral to helping clients achieve their strategic goals, with significant exposure to decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

 

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, developing the analytical and commercial skills needed to advise clients on complex, high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to think critically, take ownership, and contribute to both the team’s and clients’ success.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with a knack for data analysis and financial modelling.

  • A commercially driven mindset and a keen understanding of business strategy.

  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for deal-making, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

 

Bonus skills and traits:

  • Experience preparing business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial materials.

  • Exposure to working directly with senior stakeholders or management teams.

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
